Lovely Riad near just about everything you want to see in the Medina. It's quiet from all of the hustle and bustle, easy to find, and gorgeous throughout. The reception and staff were incredibly accommodating, genuinely there to assist, and top notch all around. We loved the pools, the bar, the food, especially the breakfast, and little touches that made our stay memorable and worthwhile. We will surely return and highly recommend looking here first when seeking high end lodging in Marrakech.

We stayed in the beautiful Riad kheirredine for a week in the beginning of July to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived it was truly wonderful and a perfect second honeymoon. As we stayed for 7 nights we had airport transfers included in our stay, we were greeted at the airport by a lovely gentleman who escorted us to an air conditioned jeep and brought us to the drop off location near the raid. We were then met by a member of the hotel staff who transported our luggage and very kindly walked with us through the narrow streets to the Riad. On entering the raid we were made to feel very welcome and has several delicious refreshments on arrival which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. After check in we had a tour of the Riad and our luggage was brought to our beautiful and perfectly clean room which had been decorated with welcome gifts for our anniversary. The Riad is absolutely beautiful and perfectly clean, we thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool and sun lounger area. We ate in the hotel on the rooftop on the first night of our stay and it was delicious, best meal of the week, and I would highly recommend and lovely looking out over the rooftops. Our waiter for most of the week was Ali, a true gentleman, first class service, nothing was too much trouble and he had provided whatever we needed before we knew we needed it, he was wonderful. Ali served us breakfast most days and it was absolutely fab. You can eat anywhere in the hotel so we tried to find a different space each day but we adored the pool with the orange tree. Breakfast was delicious and again nothing was too much trouble. We were happy with the location of the Riad, we wanted to experience the old town and we were right there within walking distance of the sulks. We were given a local mobile phone when travelling around the city which was very reassuring because it is very easy to get disorientated in the narrow streets and a member of staff was always there to escort us if we asked, which we did most nights and we were never let down. We booked a number of different tours and restaurants during the week most of which needed a taxi/tuk tuk and the staff organised every transfer and return perfectly. We also went to the hotel spa, again perfection, we had a traditional hammam and a full body massage, both were lovely, the spa area is beautiful and we enjoyed our tea on the relaxation beds afterwards. There is also an air conditioned gym!! It looked small but appeared to have good equipment, unfortunately we didn't use it as we didn't know it was there until we had the tour on arrival. I just cannot praise this Raid enough, there a reason it number one on trip advisor, its beautiful, clean, its in a great location, we were spoiled all week with treats and fabulous food, great spa, gym, and above all the most amazing fantastic staff. Truly wonderful, we would highly recommend and you will not be disappointed.

Our experience at Riad Kheirredine was nothing short of exceptional! We spent two weeks traveling throughout Morocco and stayed at several riads, but the service at Riad Kheirredine was by far the best we experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel completely taken care of. They arranged escorts through the Medina for us on short notice, allowed us to enjoy breakfast wherever we wanted, and even provided us with a local cell phone so we could stay connected without having to use our own data. Our room was attended to multiple times throughout the day, and every request, big or small, was handled immediately and with genuine warmth. Blake

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Kheirredine and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Getting there is all part of the Medina experience. Access is via the narrow alleyways, but thankfully the riad staff meet you at the nearest road and guide you straight in. We arrived in 45°C heat, so stepping through the doors after the five-minute walk from the taxi felt like entering a completely different world. Cool, calm, peaceful and incredibly relaxing. The welcome set the tone for the whole stay. The staff were immediately warm, friendly and attentive, taking the time to orient us and give us a full tour of the riad. Every member of the team, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and spa staff, was genuinely lovely and always happy to help. The riad itself is beautifully decorated throughout. The intimate courtyards, splash pools and hidden corners create a really special atmosphere, while somehow still feeling incredibly peaceful and private. We hardly noticed the other guests during our stay. We stayed in the Musk room, which was wonderfully decorated in rich Moroccan greens and reds. The style was rustic and authentically Moroccan, but with every modern comfort you could need. We particularly loved the balcony overlooking the restaurant courtyard below. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the entire place had a wonderfully calm and relaxing feel. The rooftop terrace looked absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, visiting in the height of summer meant it was simply too hot to spend much time up there. We did manage the occasional nightcap under the stars, which was just about manageable and well worth it. One of the standout features was the spa. I had what was genuinely one of the best Thai massages I've ever experienced, courtesy of Letetia, while my wife enjoyed the hammam and tonic package. We spent around two hours there and felt every penny was money well spent. The little touches really set this riad apart. Whenever you go out, they provide a mobile phone with data and calling credit in case you get lost in the Medina. We did end up using it for reassurance after taking a wrong turn, and it gave us real peace of mind. The staff also regularly insist on walking guests to nearby restaurants or to the nearest exit point from the Medina. It's not something you have to ask for; they simply tell you they're coming with you, which is both charming and incredibly helpful. Another unexpected highlight was the complimentary laundry and ironing service. The ironing was so good that I feel it deserves a mention here. I don't think my clothes have ever looked so smart! One tip for future guests: rather than tipping individual staff members throughout your stay, consider adding a gratuity to your final bill so it can be shared amongst the whole team, including the people working behind the scenes who help make the experience so special. Overall, Riad Kheirredine is a beautiful, peaceful haven in the heart of the bustling Medina. Exceptional service, stunning surroundings and genuinely lovely people made this a stay we'll remember very fondly. We had a wonderful time and would happily return.
