We stayed 3 nights here . We received a lovely and warm welcome . The place is very clean and beautifully decorated. The room was large and comfortable and good bathroom and shower . We had dinner there all 3 nights and the food was prepared freshly and very tasty . They made a real effort to serve us something different each night . The breakfast was very good , nice selection of local breads and homemade jams . Always freshly prepared. There is a lovely terrace and pool But didn’t have opportunity to use as too cold . The stall were all very professional and made our stay very special. We really felt well looked after . It’s a little walk from the Ksar bu nice to be in a very quiet area.

This riad is a little gem, and I’m so glad we had the pleasure of finding it. We’re a family of four (2 teens) and stayed in two rooms, and the hospitality from every member of staff was second to none, genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout. The food was also excellent. After more than a week of fairly similar hotel meals, we were so happy to have something different. The soup was delicious, and dessert was a crumble, which felt like such a treat. There was still a tagine (of course!), but we didn’t mind at all, there was a real effort to make the rest of the meal feel fresh and different from the standard Moroccan dinner, which we really appreciated. To Slimane and all the staff you were all wonderful. Thank you!

Our experience of Riad Caravane was not quite as positive as we were hoping. The Riad is beautifully appointed and our rooms were chic and comfortable; we slept very well. Service was great (staff went out of their way to help us and the only reason we did 4* not 3*). Hot water was a problem - there was none in the evening and that meant a like warm shower. It was much better in the morning. And food. We wanted to love it but it was good just a bit ungenerous and perhaps a bit too French when we were expecting Moroccan. But in short we had dinner - E25. Simple onion soup starter was nice, a chicken tagine with one piece of chicken each (really two thighs for two people). We also had a panna cotta which was so hard it was inedible so we did complain and a slice of apple cake appeared instead. It just didn’t match up to the overall vibe. Breakfast was simple but adequate. We would have expected a hotel like this to have a proper coffee machine to produce decent coffee..,, Lastly, new towels are needed as they are really quite damaged. Feels like a few tweaks could make this superb.
