This was a very nice hotel, fully recommend it for a stay. But, there were enough small items they really could address. In the room, shower head did not work, had to use wand, sharp wood and metal points on a few doors and panels, very few electrical outlets in a new hotel (add some splitters please), chicken wire shelves to put clothes on(?), hard pillows. Nothing horrible, just annoying. The hotel has done a massive addition, resulting in tiny trip hazard ramps everywhere and long dark corridors with a very confusing layout, be sure to follow their signage carefully. Buffet was ambitious, but taste was disappointing versus expectations on some items. Decor was great overall and staff friendly/helpful.

We stayed at Hotel Xaluca Dades as part of a small group tour. The hotel is clearly popular with tour groups and was very busy during our stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped for a short one- or two-night stay, with useful amenities such as tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also has a pool and spa, although we didn’t get the chance to use these due to the weather. There is a comfortable bar area with reasonably priced drinks, which was a nice spot for a pre-dinner drink. Dinner itself was busy, but the staff managed things efficiently. The buffet offered a wide selection and the food quality was good overall, although the hot dishes could have been served warmer. Breakfast was also buffet-style—again busy, but well organised, with a good variety of options. The departure of the various tour groups was handled smoothly and efficiently, which reflects well on the hotel’s organisation. Overall, a good and well-run hotel, particularly suited to group travel, though a few small improvements would enhance the experience further.

This hotel looks like it was designed using Minecraft and gives "silver mine" vibes internally and is a rabbit warren. The rooms are comfortable and large. Beds were great and we slept well. Meals tasted great, but unfortunately almost everything was cold, even though we were first or almost first at dinner and breakfast. It's not helped by staff leaving the lids of the Bain Marie's open. This was not a one-off, food was cold at 4 meals, so it's obviously just how they serve it. It let's down the food which is actually really delicious for the most part.
