“this hotel keeps its promise”

“Bad experience”
I would not go back anymore. My wife asked for spa they say it was nobody available. She was disappointed in them shower handle, keeps falling off. “Not 5 star”
Noisy. As soon as I walked into the room there was an awful noise. Had to ask at reception to either move me or switch the noise off. They managed to switch the noise off. Lovely setting. Room had two large beds. Only one had a headboard. Good not great. Pleased we only stayed for one night.… more
