I recently stayed at Hilton Tangier City Centre with two friends and, overall, we had a pleasant experience. The biggest disappointment was the significant delay in having our room ready at check-in time. After a long journey, this was frustrating, and it would have been appreciated if an upgrade or another gesture had been offered while we waited. That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and the terrace area was a lovely place to relax. The rooms, including bathroom, were modern, clean and decently equipped. The Netflix promise on the remote control didn’t work. The pool is a little on the small side and wasn’t heated, which limited its appeal. The Executive Lounge was comfortable, but it would benefit from offering a greater variety of snacks and extending the service beyond the current two-hour window. Despite a few areas that could be improved, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be of good value, comfortable, well-located, and staffed by a friendly team. We’d happily consider staying again.

We stayed at Hilton Tangier City Center for several nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is one of its greatest strengths. Situated directly opposite the train station, it offers excellent accessibility and is a convenient base for exploring Tangier. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. We also found the restaurant staff to be friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the first room we were assigned had a significant humidity issue, apparently related to plumbing, which made it uncomfortable. However, after reporting the problem, management responded quickly and moved us to a different room the very next day. We were even upgraded, which we greatly appreciated and which demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. That said, while the service was very good, we felt that the overall condition of the rooms did not fully reflect the standards usually associated with the Hilton brand. Some areas appeared worn and in need of refurbishment, with visible signs of aging and maintenance issues. The rooms also lacked some of the comfort and amenities one would expect at this price point. Overall, this is a good hotel with an excellent location and a customer-focused team. However, considering the room quality and facilities, we felt that a well-maintained four-star hotel could have offered a similar experience for a lower price. The hotel feels more like a good four-star property than a true Hilton-level experience. A special thank you to Eva for her professionalism and responsiveness, to Youssef for his excellent service at the bar, and to Moad for his kindness and attentiveness by the pool. More broadly, we would like to thank the entire team for their warm welcome and helpfulness throughout our stay.
