“Very nice hotel on west side of West Yellowstone”
The rooms were very nice and quiet. They hsd a nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

“The staff makes the difference”
Two couples stayed three nights as we drove through Yellowstone. The staff is great! Liz, Darla, Britney and manager Sam. Even the big boss introduced himself, Fred. The staff is very friendly. “Quiet and comfortable rooms with subpar service”
This is a quiet hotel with comfortable beds that is only a 12-minute drive from the entrance to Yellowstone. While adequate, the level of service provided was below par.
