“Very good hotel, slightly odd location”
This place towers over the neighborhood, making it easy to find, but also somewhat out of the way. Mandalay is perhaps a disappointment to any tourist who finds himself there, but if the Ritz Grand is the right location for you, it would not be because of the accommodations.
