Stayed here for two nights. The Mountain Views are exceptional and there is large beautiful garden to sit in, The room is great-very clean, hot showers and warm comfortable beds. The owner and staff are wonderful, warm, kind people. They could not do enough for us-went above and beyond with excellent customer service. Delicious food also with fresh prepared meals ! Would not go anywhere else, all of this for a very good price. Will definitely be back.

“Amazing heaven”

All the staff and family are amazing, the view on the mountains tops are incredible. I spent time their for my retreats and I could not find a better place to live the himalayan nepalese experience. I'll come back for sure!

Mystique highland Resort is a beautiful resort in a wonderful location. Natural environment is present inside the resort. The resort is beautiful, well maintained and the staffs are exceptional. Everything was fantastic at all.

Cab will take you about an hour (caution: bad roads) while hike will be 4-5 hours (source: google maps). I took a cab. Property Location: 5/5 Stayed here for 1 night. Very nice location. The resort is surrounded by grassland, you can go for a hike around the resort. On a clear sunny day, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Nepali revered (and snow capped) Machapuchare and Annapurna 2 and 3 up close from the balcony. If you hike a little, you can see Annapurna south as well. The mountains are majestic - overall a very pleasant and humbling experience watching these beautiful Himalayan ranges. You can see the sunset from their rooftop or from one of the hills on your hike. Room: 3.5/5 Though the room was pretty average, they did not even provide us with an electric kettle which was available in some other rooms on the same floor. I would have given it a 2.5/3, but the fact that there was hot water in the bathroom and common balcony outside the room where we could peacefully sit and eat gets my experience to 3.5. Tip: Check a few rooms while choosing which one to live in. Rooms on the east will be warm at sunrise and west around sunset time. Food: 5/5 Their food is quite good. They serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Very good masala chai and black tea. Their chicken fried rice is worth trying - very good portion size. For breakfast, try their millets pancake with honey. Tip: If you are gluten intolerant, ask them to make pure millet pancake for you, they will happily serve you. For lunch and dinner, you can try their fried rice, potato rosti, nepali dal bhat (standard thali). Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Ease of booking: unknown We booked directly, we only needed to stay here one night. I know they overcharged us, so book online in advance. Ease of Payment: 4.5/5 They accept cash and card payments. On card they charge 4% extra, which is the standard card payment charged by the bank so they extend it to the customer. Check your bill before paying, they may add service charge to the room. Service charge is meant only for the service provided - food served in the restaurant or under room service.
