“Group visit”
Beautiful refurbished and clean motels. Great amenities and so close to the township. Only query was beds were not made when units were serviced.

“Perfect location for a family get away”
Outstanding location, waking distance to pubs, cafes, and the farmers market on Saturday. The staff are super friendly, nothing seemed to be a problem. We had a large group of 45 staying, a mixture of couples and family’s with young adults. Would highly recommend Matakana motel

“Nice place to stay”
Great location very close to the village & easy to find off the main road. The studio room was nicely decorated & very clean with everything we needed. There was a lovely wee balcony that overlooked a lovely garden area. Room was quiet & bed was a great size.

A stay at the Matakana Motel is always a nice experience. It's very handy with a restaurants, bars, a supermarket and the local market all a very short walk away. “Nice local motel”
This is a nice local motel. It is a 5 minute walk to town, so very easy to get to the markets, restaurants and pubs. The rooms are clean and tidy. The beds are good.
