“Auckland Armageddon weekend”
We had traveled to Auckland for the Armageddon event at ASB show grounds and pretty much searched for rooms in the general area based on price, Siesta motel was one of the cheapest and so maybe our hopes weren't too high thinking that it was just going to be a place to spend a night or two. “Shabby, tired but good location”
Shabby, tired motel that would have been a very desirable place to stay - in the late 80's though.
