“Spacious warm quiet but close to town”
We stayed on the ground floor in the family unit. Very spacious rooms, warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of comfortable seating. “Good location and Clean”
After a 14 hour flight and then another to get to Christchurch, we were certainly ready for a nice and quiet bed. This place is well maintained and clean. “Not good value for money”
The room was dingy and musty. I rang prior to going and asked for a downstairs room. I was put upstairs. The road noise was also a problem.
