“Great motel, reasonably close to shops and bars.”
Stayed here a couple of times before. Motel is sited next to the main road North/South (SH1), but I did not hear any traffic noise. “Ideal overnighter”
We stayed for a night and found the place comfortable and accommodating. The studio unit we stayed in was spacious and suitably located at the rear of the block which made it nice and quiet from room noise. Would happily stay again when passing through Kaikoura.

“Good hotel close to the main street”
We stayed just one night here but found the hotel clean and comfortable. The standard room was very well equipped and staff helpful. The bed was really comfortable. “No frills”
Set back a little from the Main Street, this represented reasonable value in the whale watching town of Kaikoura. The motel had no frills and promised none so you get what you pay for.
