“Life-changing”
Although I barely got to enjoy the services in and exploration of the area around the Hermitage Hotel due to a severe medical emergency, Executive Housekeeper Shellie Phipps and her staff dealt with my emergency. “Dream vacation!”
We absolutely loved the Hermitage. Such an amazing historical hotel. We had a full day that didn’t allow us to hike due to weather. But —There’s so much to do at the hotel that we didn’t get bored. “Great Spot”
If you are a hiker/walker/skier, stay here! Our room was standard fare-two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, in-room coffee and tea. The buffet dinner and breakfast were absolutely fabulous - tons of choice for every persons taste! The staff in the restaurant are lovely!
