“Great place to stay”
This place is great! Friendly staff. Plenty of room, you don’t feel like you’re in a box! Quiet and relaxing! Thoroughly recommend!

“Great homebase for Lake Pukaki and Mt Cook NP.”
Mountain Chalet Motels is the perfect base to explore mount cook np, lake Pulaski, and the surrounding areas. The motels are spacious, well equipped with kitchen, and not like a typical motel at all. We had a wonderful two nights stay there, and will definitely book again if we are ever in the ar… more

“Great chalet experience”
This was such a great experience! The cottage was huge and had a very comfortable bed and all the amenities needed including coffee and tea. Would definitely stay here again.
