“Classic NZ Pub”
If you are looking for modern then go to the Hilton but this hotel is a 19th century building so it’s dated but it’s clean, warm and comfortable and the staff are great. We visited because we are doing a trip of NZ classic pubs. Has sky TV, off road parking, dinner

“Dinner in Dargaville”
We had a lovely dinner which exceeded all expectations. Nicely cooked The restaurant was very dated but a lick of paint would make a big difference. We shared scallops wrapped in bacon and the scotch fillet with mushroom sauce fries and salad
