“Great central hotel”
We arrived for two nights yesterday in pouring rain to find this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived and met the helpful lady in the reception we forgot the rain. “Comfy room but a very loud street”
The Metrotel had a nice room, comfortable bed and a useable kitchenette but our room faced Gill Street and the vehicle traffic and people traffic was annoying. “Our gateway to the Forgotten World Highway”
We had a 2 night stopover here as a starting point to the Forgotten World Highway trip. Very nice room and great shower. The only negative was that the room was up a short flight of stairs, even though there was a lift. This made it just that little more difficult to get luggage to the room.

“Nice hotel”
The room was clean and bright. The hotel is in the center city close to the shopping center and restaurants. Only the wall is not soundproof. There is a small kitchen area in the room with tea and coffee machine. Also there is car parking in their place.
