“Charming and lovely”
We stayed in room 7 and found the experience charming and lovely. Trev is super kind and helpful, the dogs were awesome. It’s worth leaving time in the morning for a cup of coffee outside. The views were incredible. This was a great spot to stay when in town to explore the Waitomo Caves.

“View over country side, perfect!”
This place would have got 5/5 if the rooms had en suites. 4 rooms had to share 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, so had it had been full, I see a problem in the mornings as everyone prepared to leave. “Perfect for a Pitstop”
Breaking a journey to New Plymouth,this was a nice pleasant place for a weary traveller to rest for a modest cost. Breakfast was simple & self serve and you will hear highway traffic,bed comfy , BUT be wary of in & out onto the main highway,just a heads up.
