“Suited us well. ”
My wife and I had one of the new units for a night. The unit is compact but very pleasant and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The Proprietor is friendly and helpful. “Comfortable but overpriced”
Very comfortable clean & tidy and friendly management. However after a recent South Island trip believe that the accommodation is $20 per night overpriced. 1) Extremely poor wi-fi after saying highspeed wi-fi 2) Only free-view television 3) milk for coffee supplied just one day of four day stay

“Expensive and ordinary”
Everything was ok but very ordinary and given the cost, it was very tired and no frills. Woke about 4am to strange floor and roof creaking noises in unit. Room was well equipped with good heating, bed comfy, and good wifi. Stove top was old and slow, spatula fell apart in my hand … not good value f… more

“Needs a serious upgrade”
I stayed here for the weekend recently. I found it basic and overpriced for what it is. Could do with a massive upgrade but instead they're building more units. My heat pump wouldn't work and it was a cols night. No electric blankets on any of the beds. This is Turangi, near snow covered mountains… more
