“Fantastic place just don't use the hot water”
The view is fantastic and service from front desk to restaurant staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately if you want a hot shower you will set off the heat sensor alarms for the room. Also tvs need to be updated to smart tvs as sky is not sufficient

The location for taupo is brilliant right on the lake shore. The service from front desk to restaurant staff is very welcoming and relaxed. The rooms are good except could do an up date on tvs by going bigger and with smart apps to offer a better range than just sky

“The rooms had a stunning view on the edge of the lake”
The rooms had a stunning view on the edge of the lake, however the room felt rather small. We were disappointed that it didnt have a smart TV. But the rooms were warm, very tidy and great parking.
