“Hidden gem”
10/10 a must!! Wonderful friendly welcome from reception. Our own private mineral pool. Use of shared thermal pools. I'm already planning when I can go back there again.

“Great stay at this motel/spa!!”
We really enjoyed our stay here. The thermal pools are included with your stay, and they were great. The woman at reception was exceedingly friendly and helpful. We were sad to leave after only 2 days.

“Nice room with lake view”
Spent 1 night here (room 16) when travelling through Taupo. Lady on reception super friendly. Upper room nice and modern with balcony overlooking lake- beautiful. “Just go- economical, beautiful clean spa”
Such a beatiful place. 5 pools. Even a cold one. Such a friendly owner. Free lockers and slippers. Love the tasteful decor. Far better than the one we attended in Rotorua. Not commercialized. I especially liked the beatiful tile work. Easy Walk here from town

“Excellent location, confortable room, great weekend away!”
Stayed here for 2 nights in March 2026, location is aweosme and room was so nice, had our own hot tub in a private courtyard. Friendly lady on reception and the price was really reaosnable, some other places could take note!
