“Very impressed.”
We had a beautiful spa balcony unit which was immaculate. We arrived very late due to a road accident and detour - they were there to welcome us and let us checkout an hour later the next day due to this. Will definitely stay there again.

“We always stay here :)”
Our 5th visit here and did not disappoint. We are a family with small children and the spa pool is always a welcome reprieve after the busy Napier/Taupo road drive. The shower is over a bath which is perfect for us as kids love a bubble bath after the spa. Smart TV is positioned over the sofa bed… more

“Excellent accommodation”
We like this place. Each room has a private hot tub on the deck, but screened from the outside. Separate bedroom & lounge. It’s starting to get a bit dated and will soon need a refurbishment, but otherwise great. Only a couple of small negatives; the shower is over the bath, which doesn’t suit many… more

We stay two nights in a ground floor room with a spa as was only room available. “Ok for a nights stay, but very compact and no lift”
A nice welcome and helpful if needed with luggage (as this was heavy and no lift for our room) there was a small balcony, a fridge and the room was very small. There was not enough room around the beds to open both of our suitcases. However it was clean and we were only stopping for one night. … more
