“Just loved it.”
We've stayed here before. The staff we met on Friday evening were just terrific, friendly without being phoney, and knowledgeable without being pompous. The room was comfortable and warm and breakfast was great. We'll be back.

“Fabulous food and service”
We decided to have lunch at the Rutland and once again thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and staff. “A great stay in an iconic Wanganui hotel”
The Rutland Arms is an iconic hotel built in the 1840’s. We have stayed there three times. As expected the hotel is starting to show its age.
