“Amazing customer service”
Our walking team had booked The Amber Court Motel our OXFAM 100km Walk. Unfortunately our walk was cancelled. The managers went above and beyond to be helpful and gave us a full refund. We are so appreciative 😊 we will stay here next time x

Had a girl's weekend away, great service, everything we needed, no problems what soever. have already highly recommended to others. close to everything we wanted to visit. Lovely setting, lovely staff. Thankyou for a great 2 night stay

We were pretty close to everything 5 minute drive to town countdown and all the takeout place nearby. Was a cold area where we were located but the room we stayed in was nice and warm very clean and welcoming. We could not book in early but were notified of this before we arrived. “Simple and comfortable ”
We arrived at Whakatane without anywhere to stay and asked the local Tourist office and they referred us to her. The rooms are basic but well equipped with a good kitchen, bathroom and comfortable beds. Not flash by any means but comfortable and clean and a good price.

“Clean but tred”
Sayed one night of April 28th 2019. Room clean and tidy but kitchen area needs updating. Shower operation very stiiiiff and hard to control water temperature.. WiFi is free but on a usage limit basis.Location away from other accomodation and gave a peaceful nghts rest. I think another choice would … more
