The hotel is located in the upper part of the town by the busy intersection of Frankton Rd and Melbourne Street. The walk back from the centre is an uphill hike, quite steep. Location is great. Walking distance to the Queenstown mall shops and restaurants. Atmosphere is ok. Rooms are pretty good size. We stayed in a superior queen beds room.
