“All Round Excellence”
We loved our stay here, 3 nights in early February, lake view room, great staff, 5 mins walk from central town and wharf activities, delicious breakfast in spacious dining space, had dinner once as well. Impressive head on lake view from our Remarkables Lake View King room that steals the show. The hotel is currently being combined with the former Rydges property just below the QT, so there is presently scaffolding visible, construction noise during breakfast (and in general), and the bar was close… more

“Renovations underway”
The hotel is very nice but was undergoing some major renovations when we were there - this was often noisy especially in the morning during breakfast. “Good location atop a hill overlooking the city and across the lake. Highly recommend.”
Lovely accommodation with all the extras. Welcome drinks 3-5pm is a nice touch. Renovations underway so bar area unavailable. Rooms are well appointed.
