“Okay, great location but expected more for the price”
Excellent location. Average studio comfy bed. Room needed two comfy chairs or sofa - provided longish padded seat not really usable. Had tea/coffee but no microwave to heat/cook - we expected this in the studio and had to hire crockery for additional cost.

“Need to pay for dinnerware / cutleries / utensils use in the communal kitchen”
2nd time staying in Hampshire. Reason we chose to stay again was because of good location and the communal kitchen area. Last year we were able to use their communal kitchen dinnerware, utensils and cutleries to prepare our simple breakfast such as toast & cereals. This year, there's none of it wer… more
