“Fantastic”
Fantastic stay overnight to relax after much sightseeing in Trondheim and Bergen. Deliberately booked halfway between Bergen and Oslo to break the journey. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, great food and such a photogenic hotel, so much character. Highly recommend.

“Lovely hotel in Geilo”
Another very comfortable and relaxing stay in this lovely hotel. All the staff were great - always friendly and helpful! “An old hotel nice modernised”
our room was very big, well stuffed with great views, the breakfast was nice and the staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpfull. We had a small problem with the flow of the sink - it was solved immediately. We had a very nice stay and the loved the bar with the nice fireplass

“Just okay”
Geilo Hotel has a convenient location, especially with the bus stop right outside, which made getting around easy. Our room on the 4th floor also had a nice view, which was a plus. Breakfast was fine overall, although it was disappointing that waffles were missing almost every morning. Unfortunate… more
