“Out of season visit”

We stayed out of season at the resort, we booked a basic rooms which was fine for one nice, very small though (god knows how you’d cope with ski wear!!) and have no wardrobe space at all apart from a couple of hangers! The man on reception in the evening was so incredibly helpful We ate dinner in the bar, the food was very good actually. Breakfast is ‘ok’ If you need to charge your car, there are plenty of chargers, BUT… they’re in the underground garages which you’ll get charged about £12 a nice to use.

“First skiing trip with kids”

Easy check in. Asked for name. Gave you room. No proof of booking or id checked. Has option for self checkin too whcih i fid not see when we arrived Room - double room with sofa bed. Little cramped. Not enough storage for clothes or suitcases. Room was very warm and hard to sleep at night. No coff… more

Easy check in. Asked for name. Gave you room. No proof of booking or id checked. Has option for self checkin too whcih i fid not see when we arrived Room - double room with sofa bed. Little cramped. Not enough storage for clothes or suitcases. Room was very warm and hard to sleep at night. No coffee or tea facility. No water provided. Provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner but no body lotion. Have to ask for bathrobe and slippers. Swumming pool- heaving with kids with no life guard.on site - there is a sign to mention this. Eyes used to sting when we entered. Lots of people complain about the same. Must be los of clorine. Lockers didn't lock when using key card Coffee - they charge you for anything more than black coffee. Never seen this before at any hotel with breakfast included. I thought thus was extremely cheeky given we have already paid fir breakfast! Buffet dinner for kids - couple of days no veg options for our kids in buffet except chips/mashed potato and salad. Other days there were vegan burgers/ hot dogs/ pizza so there was some inconsistency. They did however make something for them when we mentioned this (plant burger, pizza) so very accommodating Breakfast some strange choices e.g fried eggs are topped with bacon. Even if we could eat eggs it was ruled out because you decide to top with bacon... why? Why not keep bacon separate like every one else would? Dinner service was generally very good. Catered well for veg diet and enjoyed meal almost each day Veg dinner as half board was interesting. Probably the best meals we had while skiing (which typically consists on pizza/pasta in the alps) but personally didn't like that we couldn't choose out meal. Food was very well presented but taste didnt often live up to the looks Ski pass can be obtained at hotel machine if you have pre booked Ski school not far away Boot room available All in all a great hotel and location for young family

“Beautiful location and landscape.”

Excellent location and outstanding ambiance. Rooms are spacious however room had less supplies in bathroom. Kettle and tea/coffee supplies were conspicuous by absence. Cleanliness was very good.

This hotel was fine for a one-night stay, but it had some drawbacks. The room was very basic, the chair had noticeable stains, and the view was not great. The lobby was just ok, and the reception experience felt a bit cold, as the front desk staff was not especially warm or welcoming. On the positive side, dinner at the restaurant was excellent—the food was delicious, and our waiter was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which really stood out.
