“Exceptional Service”
I checked in on Monday, 9 March 2026. The two front desk agents, Therese and Joar were amazing. Both were attentive and made everyone feel welcome. Whilst my suite didn't have the best view of the surrounding area I really couldn't fault anything else about the hotel. All the staff were lovely. “Fantastic Longyearbyen experience”
Fantastic stay and experience. Friendly and funny guides at both snowmobile and dog sledge riding. Yes, it was very cold when outdoor activities (-30 C sometimes), so 3-4 layers if wool is recommended.
