Reading past reviews in TripAdvisor, we did not have much expectations. Also when the hotel could not arrange a transfer from Kiruna airport, we were a bit surprised. Stayed here for 3 nights in a single/solo room. Overall experience was just okay, not great. It's for sure, not a four-star establishment, more a 3 star.
