“Great staff, Great service”
The hotel Is really nice, Just outside the Town of Jerzens. We come Every Summer to Austria but we never found such a great service and friendly staff. Every single thing was perfect, from the room to the food. They made everything to make US feel confortable...they even printed Italian menus. I re… more

“Great for gluten free”
The is a nice hotel, with great service. Its dated somewhat but well maintained and a reminder of when we first started travelling. there is a great Sauna for after skiing and the restaurant was very efficient with good food. The views high in the valley are superb.

“A great base for walkers”

“good pension”
It was a very goog winter holiday there, food very good,clean room, simple forniture - but for skiing I dont need it:) Perfect ski region nearby.I will come back again

“Staff good, but reception very disappointing”
Great service in the restaurant, but the reception staff were rude. When we had to leave later, they approached us unprofessionally, questioning why we were still there. Disappointing experience. Also they didn’t provide us with enough information about ski routes
