We recently had the pleasure of staying at Juweira Hotel, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation—especially for Noor, the Front Office Team Leader. From the moment we arrived, Noor stood out with his professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help. He was extremely attentive and handled every single one of our requests with the highest level of expertise and efficiency. No matter how big or small the request was, he approached it with patience, a warm smile, and a solution-oriented mindset. It was clear that guest satisfaction is truly important to him. His outstanding organizational skills and calm, confident manner gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay. Whenever we needed assistance, he responded promptly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was arranged perfectly. This level of dedication is rare and truly commendable. Although the hotel is officially rated as 4 stars, the service we experienced—largely thanks to Noor and the front office team—was absolutely 5-star quality. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were attentive, and the overall hospitality exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful for the exceptional service and will gladly return in the future. The Juweira is a great place to stay and relax at Salalah lagoon. Since this is an adult only hotel, it is a quiet place. Rooms are pretty big, a nice balcony and all the amenities are clean and are working great. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. All the other places at the lagoon (restaurants, cafes, shops and tour offices are easily reachable in walking distance. But there is a shuttle service too for people not able to walk far. This place is great value for money, an absolute recommendation.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Juweira Boutique Hotel as premium guests, and it's safe to say this place exceeded our expectations in almost every way. From the staff to the food, from the wildlife to the beach, here's our honest and detailed take. The Beach: Quiet, Protected, and Absolutely Gorgeous One of the biggest perks of being a premium guest is access to the private beach, and it's genuinely one of the best features of the hotel. The beach is naturally sheltered from waves, which means you can swim even when other parts of the coastline are closed, a huge advantage, especially during the Khareef season. What makes it truly special, though, is how peaceful and quiet it is. No crowds, no noise, just the sea, the sand, and total relaxation. If you're looking for a place to genuinely switch off and unwind, this beach delivers exactly that. The Beach Bar Right on the beach, there's a bar that we visited more than once, and a big reason for that was the bartender, Raj. He makes excellent drinks. Whether you want a perfectly crafted cocktail or just someone to chat with while watching the sea, Raj is your guy. Highly recommend stopping by. The Rooms: Spacious, High Quality, and With a Stunning View Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a layout that felt generous and well thought-out. The quality of the room itself, from the fixtures to the bed, is at a high level and matches what you'd expect from a boutique hotel of this caliber. What really made it special was the view: we had a stunning panorama of both the marina and the open sea, which we never got tired of. The one minor drawback worth mentioning is that the rooms aren't particularly well soundproofed, so depending on your room's position, you may occasionally hear some noise from the harbor. It's a small thing in the grand scheme, but worth knowing if you're a light sleeper. The Man Behind the Scenes Our room was consistently in perfect condition throughout the entire stay, and the person responsible for that was Azmir. He took care of everything, cleanliness, mini bar refills, and even those delightful towel art creations that are always a nice touch. What stood out most was that whenever we needed something extra, it was never a problem. No hesitation, no fuss, just a genuine willingness to help. People like Azmir make a real difference in a hotel stay, and he deserves to be recognized for it. The Restaurant: Outstanding Food, Excellent Service We unfortunately didn't get the chance to meet the head chef in person, but his work absolutely speaks for itself. Every dish that came out of that kitchen was impeccably prepared, fresh, visually beautiful, and bursting with flavor. The quality of ingredients was clearly a priority, and it showed in every single plate. This is not hotel food that merely "does the job", this is genuinely memorable dining. The service in the restaurant matched the food. Drinks were topped up quickly and proactively, and if anything was needed or something needed to be resolved, the staff handled it smoothly and without any fuss. It's the kind of attentiveness that you notice and appreciate. Valentine's Day Dinner - A Truly Special Evening We were lucky enough to be staying at Juweira over Valentine's Day, and the hotel made the occasion truly memorable. A special dinner was organized for all guests, and the atmosphere the team created was genuinely romantic, with soft lighting, beautiful table settings, and an intimacy that felt carefully considered rather than just commercially obligatory. The food, which is always excellent at Juweira, was somehow even better that evening, every course felt like it had been prepared with extra care and intention. To top it all off, a young and talented artist performed live on the transverse flute throughout the dinner, adding a layer of elegance and warmth to the whole experience. It was one of those evenings that's hard to forget, and full credit goes to the hotel team for pulling it off so beautifully. Our Guest Relations Star We have to give a special mention to Rasha, our guest relations contact throughout our stay. She was always present, always attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. To be honest, we didn't run into any major issues during our stay, but even the smallest things were addressed quickly and with a genuine smile. It's rare to feel so well looked after, and Rasha was a big part of why our stay felt so effortless and enjoyable. Wildlife: When There Are No Dolphins, There Are Still Birds (and More) We weren't lucky enough to spot dolphins during our visit, but that honestly didn't take anything away from the experience. The hotel grounds are filled with hundreds of bird feeders that are refilled daily, which means the birds are always active and around, just where they should be, at the feeders, rather than bothering guests at the dining tables. Bird watching became a genuine daily activity for us and was a lovely, unexpected highlight. On top of that, the sea itself has plenty of life to observe, crabs moving along the shore, and fish visible in the clear water. For nature lovers, there's always something to see. Premium Guest Access: The Wider Experience As premium guests, we had access to all of the sister hotels within the resort, and this turned out to be a significant bonus. Juweira itself doesn't have a dedicated evening entertainment program, but with access to the neighboring hotels, that wasn't an issue at all; we could simply head over and enjoy whatever was on offer. The restaurants at the sister hotels were also excellent, so dining options were always varied and high quality. One small suggestion for the resort management: it would be genuinely useful to have a centralized information board. Either physical or digital. showing what's happening across all the sister hotels on any given day. Knowing in advance which hotel has a live music evening, a themed dinner, or a daytime activity would make it much easier for guests to plan without having to physically walk between properties to find out. A simple daily overview would be a small but meaningful quality-of-life improvement for guests who want to make the most of everything the resort has to offer. Final Thoughts and the People Who Made It Special At the end of the day, what sets Juweira Boutique Hotel apart is its people. We'd like to once again thank Rasha (guest relations), Raj (beach bar), and Azmir (room attendant), but honestly, the warmth and professionalism extended to every single member of staff we encountered. There are dozens of people working behind the scenes and on the floor who contribute to making a stay like this as seamless as it was, and many of them are simply not visible to guests, or their names aren't always caught in passing. That doesn't make their contribution any less real. The entire team clearly works with a shared goal: to make guests feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. Thanks Juweira!

We stayed in Juweira Hotel with my mum at the beginning of December and I cannot imagine a better vacation. From the very beginning we were warmly welcomed with coconut drinks and warm smiles of the hotel staff. Room was spacious and clean with a great marina/sea view. For daily excellent cleaning of the room I would like to thank Gioisha. By staying in Juweira we could also use facilities of two other hotels - Fanar and Rotana. There are many restaurants to choose from in the complex, all with delicious food. Our favorite one was Club House Fanar. Greetings to amazing chef Amr and the crew. I recommend to try steaks and creme brulee. In Rotana we really loved the food in Club Restaurant and evenings in the beach bar, with special greeting to waiter Kareem (Rotana) and Adel (Fanar), who really take great care of all the guests. Entertainment is on the highest level as well, there is no possibility to be bored at any point, especially with great singers Andrea and Sally. There are many games, shows, performances, but complex is big enough to spend some quiet and relaxed time as well if you need it. My biggest thanks are for Rasha from guest relations in Juweira for her daily help, any time we needed it. She explained every detail we needed to know about the destination, reservations, restaurants etc. Her hospitality, warmth and kindness are truly special. Big thank you also for all other staff not mentioned and the management - Mr. Tarek and Mr. Salah. We will be definitely coming back many times.
