We stayed for 3 nights and the apartment was perfect. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed including a complete kitchen and laundry. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The basement fitness room was ideal for us. We also appreciated their focus on recycling and conserving. Lastly the neighborhood was great - easy access to sites, restaurants, and services. We would definitely stay here again.

“Wonderful comfortable apartment in a bustling walkable neighborhood in the 3rd district”

We had a wonderful time in Paris staying here. We were in the ground floor #11, a very spacious, well equipped studio. There is a washing machine that also doubles as a dryer but drying time is very long. Use the drying rack provided. So easy to come and go from the courtyard entrance. It was nice … more

We had a wonderful time in Paris staying here. We were in the ground floor #11, a very spacious, well equipped studio. There is a washing machine that also doubles as a dryer but drying time is very long. Use the drying rack provided. So easy to come and go from the courtyard entrance. It was nice after a long day of sightseeing and walking to not have to climb any stairs! Great spacious bathroom and shower. The concierge staff were very helpful when we had questions. The apartment is in a great neighborhood that was very walkable with groceries, boulangeries, patisseries nearby. If you want to shop for clothing, it was very close to the shopping district with upscale stores. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the Seine with easy access to the Metro. Walking distance to the Louvre, St. Chappelle, Notre Dame. Metro is very easy to use and takes you anywhere you need to go. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Sacré Frenchy almost directly across the street for a fancier dinner. Robert et Louise about a 15 minute walk was very traditional meat centric restaurant with welcoming staff and great food, generous portions. We also loved Cafe LouLou, just a few streets away with a very Mediterranean menu. Delicious food and jazz playing at dinner. Great staff here as well. In summary, we had a great 4 days in Paris and the Apartments du Marais were a huge part of it!

Enjoyed this place! We stayed 6 nights as a family with 2 kids. Great location and amenities with kitchen that includes all you need to prepare meals if you choose plus ability to do laundry in your apartment. “Awesome Location, it made our trip to Paris extra special”

We stayed at Apartment Du Louvre - Le Marais Oct 29 to Nov 2, 2025 and had 2 apartments to meet our family needs. We had a "So Chic" and also a "Prestige" and we were so lucky to have them on the same floor connected by an entry way from the stairs / elevator. Both apartments were very clean, nicely furnished and had very comfortable beds. Our stays included 2 transports (one for each apartment) and on arrival, our driver, Paul, was awesome in meeting and finding us at Gare du Nord and at check-out, bringing some of us to CDG. Both apartments were fabulous! The location is fabulous! We loved staying here. The apartment office has a high-quality self-service water filter system that is available at all hours. We were a short walk to many attractions with many stores, bakeries and dining options in all directions. There are 2 grocery stores within 2 blocks along with an excellent BO&MIE chain boulangerie, but we preferred to go to Boulangerie Nicolas Flamel which was a short walk away. We really felt immersed in Paris by staying here in an area where people live. We highly recommend Apartment Du Louvre.
