“Good for a short stay in Lima!”

This hotel offered clean moderately sized hotel rooms. Beds were a little hard and breakfast was simple. Great location, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach access is only about a 10-15 minute walk. Great for a short stay in Lima. Approx 45 minute drive from Airport.

Great location especially for food, shopping, paddington and the dollar store incase you forget anything (I had to buy new flipflops £2!) Area felt very safe. “Disappointing front desk service”

We booked rooms for two days prior to the start of our organized tour on 5/30. Before arrival, we changed our reservation from one shared room to two single-occupancy rooms and paid the additional cost required for the change. When we arrived at the hotel at 6:00 a.m., the front desk staff informed us they had no information about the updated reservation but said they would look into it. When we returned to the front desk around 11:30 a.m., Mara stated she still had no confirmation of the change and it was clear that little effort had been made to investigate the issue. I attempted to provide the confirmation email and receipt showing payment for the upgraded reservation, but Mara appeared unwilling to review the information. Her customer service attitude was extremely disappointing. She was brusque,dismissive, unhelpful, and showed very little empathy or initiative in trying to resolve the situation. Eventually, she contacted our tour group leader, who then worked with the regional office to confirm that we had in fact changed and paid for two single rooms. Reservation mix-ups can happen, and I understand that. However, hotel staff have the ability to handle these situations in a way that makes guests feel heard, respected, and supported. After traveling overnight for 13 hours with no sleep, arriving exhausted in a new country, a more caring and understanding response would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, Mara provided none of that, and the interaction negatively affected my overall experience with this hotel. The situation was very frustrating and I would never stay here again or recommend it. Lots of construction noise - all day. View from $120 a night room.

“Paper thin walls”

Good location and clean rooms however you can hear everything going on next door. Our neighbours were very noisy at 1am - 2am and this interrupted our sleep. If you had quiet people next door, you would probably enjoy this hotel.

There aren't any fried eggs, just scrambled. It would have been nice to have plain croissants rather than whatever was in the middle of them. It would have also been nice to have pancakes/waffles. Hairdryer wasn't powerful enough.
