I read most reviews and I although some had bad experiences as of November 23 2025 here's my review . I first reserved on Agoda for 2 days and kept extending but not with Agoda, since November 18th. Agoda's VIP and all coupons are bogus. After 2 days I rented directly through hotel and paid way less! Service & Staff (5) Accommodating and friendly. Aileen, Rochelle and Jay-Ar are " exceptional" and accommodating. Doesn't hurt to tip for their assistance. Can't express enough gratitude to the staff. Location: (5) Excellent and on beach with 7-11 steps away. Hotel really needs to keep their sign lights and LED's on the beach to attract and be more visible. Rooms: (2.5) Rooms are in need of major upkeep and upgrade. Run down, moldy and furniture is old. I stayed in a modern deluxe room with large balcony. No issues. Water pressure is ok. Moved to a Modern Room on 3rd floor due to better views and large corner windows BUT what I could not ACCEPT was a roach in the washroom. Rained really hard and all the floors in the hallways had puddles. Facilities: (3) If you need a blow dryer, just ask. The pool is small but you're right across the beach. Hotel should really keep their lights on at night and on the beach to attract visitors and ensure safety in stairways. Beach area needs more garbage cans and grating. Restaurant and bar are deserted. Ordered a coffee and was weak for 130php. You're better off walking a few steps to 7-11 and get one for 50 pesos. Haven't tried the food because read bad reviews about it. Best part was the staff and location. Even the night security guard kept bothersome peddlers out. Pics are of both the deluxe modern and standard modern.

The staff don't really understand English. We asked for an extra bed. They gave us a mattress on the floor without pillow or blanket and wanted to charge us for this. There was no wifi. They have a lot of stairs and thin walls so it is noisy. We asked them to clean the room. When we came back the room was still dirty and they didn't clean it once while our stay. The breakfast isn't good and you need to wait long till its made. They have a nice pool with a lifeguard. The way to this hotel isn't ideal. They have a mini fridge but they don't offer complementary water. Wouldn't come back.
