“Ring Hop Ceremony!”
We went their to attend our Daughter's Ring Hop Ceremony together with My Lovely Wife! Food was very Good except for the Leche Plan that was very Sweet! Place was Okay too but for a large group not good enough.

Cebu Northwinds Hotel is quite nice for a budget hotel with clean rooms and accommodating staff. Breakfast from the restaurant was good at Php 165 (~$3). “squeaky floors but okey”
You can get what you pay. The price is reasonable. The staff were friendly and polite. My overall experience wasn't bad. If you are a traveler that needs a place to sleep and rest for a day or two and if other hotels are fully book this place could offer not so fancy but okey.
