“Value for money but most essential amenity like wifi need to improve so it can achieve a five star reward.”
Things that are not available is fine as this is a value for money short term stay in Tacloban downtown proper. Best to award a five star is to strengthen the wifi coverage as the internet is an essential tool for travellers.Stayed at 3rd floor but the coverage is fluctuating to one bar to zero bar.

“It works good location for what we need.”
The last room we got was very nice. Staff there are nice. We use this hotel often. Some rooms the air con is hard to get right. Ask for a corner room no noise at all last trip. Feel very safe there. Price is ok.

friendly staff and accomodating..service is okay,. the room is okay and clean.. they have shuttle service going to airport, you have to request for it..the breakfast is okay,their food was good and delicious..thanks

“Conclave”
The hotel is located in the city center which for me is A1. Rooms were ok, with fast lift, friendly staff, free breakfast, cable tv, wifi, phone, clean sheets w new towels, w toothbrush, paste but the bathroom has NO bidet-very bad!
