You can see this hotel was once luxurious but wear n tear and a lack of maintenance has relegated the luxurious aspect. Staff are superb and very polite and helpful. They really do not bother you at all but are always around when you need them. The viewing decks are very comfortable and offer amazing scenic views and the budist style decor and garden are really nice for the perfect romantic picture setting. There is no in house restaurant and only water, tea, coffee is on offer but free. A bar would be most delightful. There are restaurants nearby but wall ng the busy road at night is rather risky so best take the car. I don't think we will return, certainly not if they do not refurb the place as it will only deteriorate further. But a huge thank you to the lovely staff for accommodating us, we did enjoy our stay in Tagaytay.

We stayed recently and I’ll list here the pros and cons Pros: Super friendly / helpful staff - THIS made our stay better Awesome view from the deck and infinity pool Instagrammable deck, view, main area, and bed Heavy but super plush pillows Keyless door (we used a tap card) There are a handful of nearby restaurants Away from the busy streets of Tagaytay Reserved parking slots for overnight guests Perfect weather Great decor Cons: Cobwebs in the shower area The toiletries were not checked and obviously not cleaned prior to us arriving - there was a used mini toothpaste under the washroom cup When the bathroom steamed up, we saw how dirty the bathroom mirror was Lights are too dim in the bathroom and room No room mini fridge (with the price, it was expected) Crappy cable TV - basic selection of channels No in-house restaurant and no stock of drinks (beer or soda) but the staff can ask the guard to buy for you outside No room phone. There is a bell that the staff also knows that they won’t hear. They gave their ‘butler’s’ phone number though so we can just text him We’d love to stay here again BUT we’ll probably check the latest reviews first before booking a room. Though we enjoyed the weekend, the rate it too pricey for what they have. It’s like an expensive AIRBNB with super friendly and accommodating staff :)
