We were a rather large group, so we rented their 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. It was spacious enough for a group of ten. It was also very well-kept. The water pressure was good, although there were times when only cold water ran from the faucet and from the shower. They had a microwave oven, oven toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen came complete with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. WiFi signal was pretty excellent. The only thing we didn’t like was the ants! There were ants crawling under the mattresses, and for some reason they kept showing up every time we were about to go to bed. The guards/management were also quite strict when it comes to loud noise. They knocked on our door one night and told us to keep quiet (we were playing Jenga and Exploding Kittens). Our next-door neighbor told us that the guards (or whoever was in charge) even turned off their power supply when they failed to comply (they were most likely drinking and having fun). I guess this is really a bummer especially since people go there to have fun. I can guarantee that they went overboard with being too strict because none of us (including our neighbors) were that noisy.

My friends and I checked in in their 3-bedroom apartment, and we just love everything about it. Rooms are very spacious with complete amenities. There are 2 bathrooms in the unit. There's a fridge, gas stove, microwave oven, oven toaster, TV, towels and wifi! All these you can use for free!!! Utensils are complete even the beddings. There's also hot and cold shower. The room also has a balcony which gives you the best view in Baguio City. Cost of the unit is very affordable. Staff including the guards are very accommodating. We will definitely recommend this place.

My family stayed here for one night. We got a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is huge and can accommodate 6 adults. Belle, the person-in-charge, was accomodating and honest. We left two portable hard drives in the apartment. She called us right away as soon as she found the HDs. Thank you Belle. We will stay there again on our next visit to the City of Pines.

Almost all of the B &Bs / hotels in Baguio were fully booked when we stayed last January. I was able to try Baguio Vacation Apartments. The booking was easy thru an online booking site. As soon as we were in Baguio, we had hard time looking for this place. We got lost because it was situated inside a subdivision (Pines Garden). We used the Google map using its address. It's quite far from the tourist spots in the city. The road going there is quite steep. The apartment itself is not good for the elderly and those with disabilities due to presence of stairs which has quite a number of steps. The house is situated either on the second floor or third floor. The ground floor is the parking area. The apartment has a complete set of kitchenware and cooking items. The jug of water is not free. If you brought drinking water with you better not to break the seal of their water dispenser so as not to be charged. Bring your own towels and toiletries since they don't provide. Network signals here are quite weak.
