“Excellent hotel in Balanga”
One of the best hotels! The Concierge and all their other services were all superb - staff were all very courteous to their guests. When we made requests, they were immediately attended to. “Wasn’t expecting that!”
Was expecting it to have poor service, but no. Complete room amenities you can even ask for iron for your cloths without charge and hey the staffs are all friendly! The room is big also wasn’t expecting that. The beds are great. Very comfortable! Breakfast is not buffet but the food is also good.

“Average hotel for a fair price”
My first time at a hotel that you have to pay for iron, blower, extension wire etc. The towels looked very old. Food is average. Could use some improvements in the rooms especially the toilets. The staff were very nice and accommodating though.
