I really loved our recent stay at Hotel 101-Manila with my family, especially with my two kids. We absolutely enjoyed the swimming pool esp. the jacuzzi pool. The pool attendant was very welcoming during our stay, and my kids had so much fun that they kept saying, “Bitin!” and wanted to come back and experience it again. I would also like to give a special shout-out to the reception team for their warm welcome and professional service from the moment we arrived until we checked out. They were always smiling and made sure everything went smoothly. Even though the lobby was crowded and there were many guests, everything was organized, and they still managed to give us our room before the 2 PM check-in time. At first, I wondered why the hotel was so busy, and the staff explained that there were conventions and events happening nearby. Then I realized that with that number of people, there must be a reason why so many guests choose to stay here. and after experiencing their hospitality myself, I understood. We were very happy and satisfied with our stay. The staff, including the housekeeping team, were also excellent. They delivered the items we requested ASAP, always knocked courteously before entering, and cleaned our room every day as part of their service. We spent three nights here and slept very well. In the mornings, we enjoyed bonding as a family while exploring the area. Another thing we loved is that the hotel is within walking distance of MOA. A huge and offers so many things to do with family, shopping, dining, activities, and even watching movies. You don’t even need to bring a car because there are many taxis and other transportation options available. In fact, I would suggest walking because the area felt safe and convenient for us. There’s also a Jollibee and a 7-Eleven right down the hotel. We bought groceries, stored them in the mini fridge, and even reheated takeout food using the microwave, which was very helpful for a family staycation. The hotel is also near DoubleDragon, where we enjoyed samgyupsal, and there are many fast-food chains around the corner. The convenience of the location is honestly hard to beat. What impressed us most is that we paid an affordable price, yet the quality of our stay and the convenience we experienced exceeded our expectations. I would gladly recommend this hotel for its excellent value, and we will definitely consider staying here again. Special thanks to Jason, Tan, and Concierge Niño. These gentlemen truly stood out and were very helpful throughout our stay. I also downloaded the Hotel 101 app as advised by Sir Jason for future bookings. Thank you again. My family and I had the best stay. it was truly time well spent. Excellent customer service, great location, cleanliness, comfort, and rooms that are just right for a family. More than anything, it was the service, the people, and the location that made the difference. We simply felt that we were treated right.

Hotel 101 Manila is a great place to stay near Mall of Asia and around Manila. The hotel is highly convenient and close to almost everything, especially airport. It's a great choice for business travelers, foreigners, and even families looking for a comfortable stay. The hotel is budget-friendly with affordable rates, but it definitely offers great value for the price. I'm glad I discovered this place, and this certainly won't be our last stay. We'll definitely be coming back. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Special thanks to the entire team for the warm hospitality. I truly believe it's their kindness and genuine service that made a huge difference during our stay. Guests keep coming back because of the excellent service, and Hotel 101 Manila truly delivers. We were happy that our room was ready before the standard check-in time 2PM. Concierge team was also proactive in assisting us with our luggage and bringing it to our room. From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the staff was smooth. Our room on the 16th floor was simple yet cozy, with one queen bed and one single bed. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and complete toiletries were provided. The room also had a mini fridge, microwave, Cold AC, Goo Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, a TV, room service, and even an in-room massage service. It was definitely worth what we paid for. The room was facing the pool on the 2nd floor and was maintained. Visitors were allowed, but the hotel followed security procedures by requiring them to leave a valid ID at the front desk, which we really appreciated. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in. The room inspection took only about five minutes, and I was assisted by Jason, who was friendly and professional. Even though the lobby was crowded with a large group checking in, everything was well organized and efficiently managed. It's easy to see why so many guests choose to stay here. You pay an affordable price, yet you get a comfortable, memorable experience. The room was quiet, allowing us to sleep peacefully, and the noise level was well controlled. The hotel also has four elevators, making it convenient even during busy hours. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast this time, but I'll definitely try it on my next visit. Hotel 101 Manila will definitely be one of my preferred hotels whenever I'm in Manila. I'll gladly recommend it to my coworkers, family, and friends. Thank you again, Hotel 101 Manila. Five stars!
