“Perfect location”
Very close to the cathedral and bell tower, the public market, the plaza. Very clean rooms and facilities. Decent buffet breakfast, hospitable and caring staff. Location makes it easy to flag a tricycle to bring you around the city

“Located smack in the City's Center!”
everything i wanted in a hotel --- cheap and clean and located within walking distance of mostly what Dumaguete has to offer. also ust a block away from the famous Dumaguete Belfry. Roof deck offers 380 degrees panoramic view of the city!

“a very nice one night stay”
Our thanks to the management and friendly professional staff for a pleasant nice stay at the hotel. It was clean, pleasant, attractively appointed, had good hot water and air conditioning, and was spacious. I would stay there again.

“Very clean hotel with a very friendly staff”
The hotel is placed in the middle of Dumaguete, close to the Old Tower, The Cathedral, the Big Market Place and even to all the Restaurants and Amusement Places at The "Boulevard"! Comfortable bed. Strong shower and Wi-Fi. Powerful though noisy air con. Breakfast was included with rate but basic. Cons large pillar in middle of room.
