“Affordable, Accessible and friendly staff!”
The area is very accessible to nearby stores if you would be needing anything. And also the beach and pool! The staff are very friendly and accommodating - they are approachable and will attend to your needs ASAP. Plus its affordable! Super recommending this place!

“Very clean and friendly management ”
After our visit at dumaguete springs beach resort we went to Dumaguete on our last night stay and rented a 2 bedroom Apartment at Dumaguete Springs in Vallencia road / lower Bagacay. Rooms very spaces and really European style how all is set up there . They have all new Flat screen Televisions now.… more

“Excellent value for servied apartment accommodations, great for families.”

“Good Apartment its nice and clean.”
We stay here for 3 week and the condition of the apartment is very good. Near with the hypermarket and we can cook on the apartment. One of the best area to stay in Dumaguete. Friendly staff and helpful. Will visit again!
