Upon entering the hotel, you'd be met by a cool & clean atmosphere but with warm smiles from the reception staff. Checking in and out was a breeze. Our room, the 2 bedroom suite offers ample space for the 4 of us and our luggage. This room has been effectively divided into 3 parts - the living room, 1 big master bedroom with a king-size bed and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. This suite has 2 toilets and showers - 1 just beside the living room and 1 in the privacy of the big master bedroom. The living room, the small bedroom and the master bedroom has its own separate split-type aircons that are efficient and very quiet. The beds, pillows, towels and linens are of high quality fabric and materials which are usually used in 5 star hotels. Very comfortable beds and pillows gave us a good night sleep and the dark draperies effectively blocked out daylight from seeping into the room. This hotel has laminated wooden floors which enhance the elegance of the interior design. I've always complained about the slow internet connection in the Philippines. I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels in Manila and Cebu but I dare say that the Wi-Fi connection offered in this hotel is the fastest I've ever experienced in this country. Lastly, I want to commend the management and all the staff who made sure that we had a delightful and safe stay. You all made us feel so welcomed and at home with your kind greetings and pleasant smiles. All of you are an epitome of Filipino hospitality!

We stayed one night at PVL Suites and really enjoyed out stay. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with any question or request we had. The rooms were very nice and stylish with a nice sink and counter. It was in a good location. You are in walking distance many food options and eat really well for cheap. Really good place.

“Good and relaxing”

We stayed for 2 nights with an amazing staff. If is new and close to some restaurants within walking distance. Clean and Modern. I will recommend this facility to anyone. But keep in mind it is a tricycle ride to most places one may want to visit. It is however close to Siliman University.

I had a Great stay at PVL. Stayed 3 nights and the staff at both front desk and the door were really amazing. They were able to accommodate my requests and were always friendly. The rooms are big and have enough space and more modern than most of the places in DMGT. The whole place is new and very classy and modern looking. The only thing I noted was that all the 3 different rooms I stayed in were not cleaned properly. This could be bcoz I am very clean person but I noted some stains on walls and the furniture even in their executive suite. The bathroom sink and faucets and the shower was not cleaned to my standard. That’s the only thing I would recommend for them to change. Otherwise my stay was amazing. Will stay at PVL again in the future.
