“Goid location.”
Stayed here about 10 days. It's very clean. All rooms have aircon and hot and cold water. The lessvl expensive rooms are very small so be careful. Still very affordable no matter what room you have. The staff is great and bfast is included.

Stayed here for an overnight with my colleagues for DFA Appointment. We liked the room it was spacious for us four. The Hotel is very accessible to the City Proper just located in the near front of Robinson’s Dumaguete. Also kilometers away from the Ceres Bus Terminal. “Basic hotel”
Fairly basic hotel with good amenities like hot shower, cable, WiFi and free breakfast included, walking distance Robinson's Mall. Very nice helpful staff and also they have off street parking if your driving because it's located on the National highway.

“Just another average with a view.”
TipTop had a nice view and setting looks nice. Bar with decent drink selection. However the food is just average at best. Don't go for the view but if would like to see a nice high view and a few drinks it's a good choice. They also have a live band at select times.
