“Great Customer Service and Cleanliness”
Besides the hotel being clean, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The workers are kind, there was even a man named Aris and he was able to help my mom and tita navigate through the restaurant as we were in a hurry to order. The hotel venue also has a beautiful site.

“Great Stay in Puerto Princesa”
Great hotel: conveniently located, clean rooms, cold AC, good price, great pool, good breakfast, good food, cold beer, small fitness center, good WiFi. What’s not to like? Aris Jimenez was so welcoming at the restaurant and was a pleasure to be around. I’ll definitely stay here during my next visi… more

nothing royal about this hotel. extra foams & mattresses are being stored in hallways and stairs. kinda an eyesore and hazard during emergencies for guests. complimentary breakfast food is enough to fill you up when hunger pains attack. it's just that they didn't grant our request for a prepacked … more
