Location was great as it is located near the airport and there are restaurants across and a mall beside the hotel. Check in was fast and there are welcome drinks. On our first day, Clai booked our cab and dinner at Kalui. They cleaned our rooms everyday and replenished supplies. Whenever we had a request, they always promptly address the same like replacing the ref in our room. Breakfast buffet was different everyday. Staff always had a warm smile. Would love to stay with them again.

My partner and I stayed in Puerto Princesa for a couple of days, and we decided to stay at Hue Hotels and Resort. Overall, our experience was great and would recommend this place to anybody staying in Puerto Princesa. I particularly loved that they offer pick-up and drop-off at the airport (with an additional fee) -- I say this because my most memorable experience was with Kuya Darwin, who was the assigned driver to pick us up at the airport. There was issues with our flight and I didn't have a local phone number, so my only communication was through email or what's up. The staff at Hue Hotels responded quickly with my email inquiry and Kuya Darwin also took the initiative to communicate with us via whats up. I was not expecting that at all, he was very nice, communicative, and professional. He communicated with us consistently and truly relieved the stress of our travel due to the weather conditions. They offer breakfast (with an additional fee) with filipino and western food. They change some of the dishes each morning, which was great if you want to try different types of dishes. We had some concerns with the room in terms of mechanical issues, and the front desk sent a staff to our room in a timely manner to check it out. I could go on and on about the things I like about this place, but you might just have to visit to see it for yourself :)
