We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hue Hotels and Resorts Puerto Princesa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a modern and stylish design that creates a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was excellent - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bunk beds were a fantastic addition, especially for families, and the main bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the famous Robinsons Shopping Mall is just next door, making everything very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The child playroom and gym facilities were also well-equipped and enjoyable. We also tried the in-house massage spa, which was a very relaxing and satisfying experience.

“Brief stay but enjoyable”

We flew in from Cebu and stayed 2 nights purely to do the underground rivers. The room was comfortable and very modern but there was nowhere to hang wet towels. “A wonderful, trendy, but busy hotel.”

It’s a modern trendy hotel compared to many in the area. There are a lot of tours that use this hotel for their large groups to stay at. So it’s a very busy and full hotel. It’s a modern trendy hotel compared to many in the area. There are a lot of tours that use this hotel for their large groups to stay at. So it’s a very busy and full hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable but show signs of wear and tear. The Wi-Fi is weak and it’s a struggle to maintain connection. The swimming pool is on the smaller side but refreshing. There are no umbrellas for shade. The hotel restaurant has great food but also a few nights a week there are food trucks available down the street. Breakfast is wonderful. Overall, it’s a great pick and the location is convenient.
