The staff and crew were very, very accommodating since we arrived an hour early and our rooms were already available; they had us check in early. I believe it has all the amenities as expected: the friendly staff and the convenient facilities. If I may also add that they have the fluffiest pillows I have ever used so sleep quality as A ok! I did find a little setback when it came to breakfast. I wasn’t really expecting a plated breakfast, and I was ok with that but the portions for me was a bit too small. Also, I think they can do a better job at seating the guests for breakfast. The space for breakfast was first and foremost cramped. While I understand that it always gets a little too crowded for breakfast (as always) it was the first time that we had to reserve our own seats and talk to other guests who are nearly finished eating which was embarrassing. I think the hotel could have done a better job of adding more tables and chairs in the common areas (or maybe in the pool area where I still see a little space) If management can maybe provide stow away chairs and tables that can use and then remove just so to accommodate the crowd for breakfast or at least have someone to wait tables and chairs for the guests. But all in all, this is still a beachfront hotel and I couldn’t ask for more. While the experience during breakfast may not be so pleasing, the food was ok and the hotel staff, the clean rooms and the location, location, location, made up for everything else to make our stay memorable. I would definitely still go back and I hope they would improve their breakfast shortcomings.

I rate our stay based on the following factors: Location: This hotel is located in Station 1, providing easy access to the waterfront. The hotel entrance is on the main road, making it easily accessible by any vehicle. Comfort: The room was nice, but it was too small for five people. The walls were thin, so we could hear other guests talking in the corridor. Food and Beverage: We booked a room with breakfast included, but the food was only average. Breakfast is served at a restaurant across from the hotel, offering basic Filipino silog dishes, which were of poor quality and had a limited selection. We didn’t return on the second day because we didn’t find the breakfast appealing. Service: The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. We requested several items to be delivered to our room, and they were promptly provided. When we reported an issue, it was addressed immediately. They also offer complimentary filtered water, which you can refill on your floor.

Deluxe beachfront rooms are small with no balcony. Only the corridor so you can't sleep with the door open the windows don't open. A lot of traffic in front of you, Aged rooms. Rooms for 2 people explode to 10 people. No Control. Pay $100 a night with breakfast which consists of 1 egg not 2. 1 cup of coffee. Second cup 10 pesos. When you check out you have to wait for them to count towels. You know the attitude. Keep your door locked.
