Stayed twice, for one night each time, over Easter 2023. Really enjoyable stays. This is an exceptionally well presented hotel and encourage everyone not to be put off by the Hampton brand - this place is better than most UK Doubletrees if you simply need somewhere to get your head down. The hotel is very modern with amazing rooms, a bar which sells drinks and snacks at reception (500ml Pilsner - 14zl) and a decent breakfast buffet. Very polite and efficient receptions staff. Excellent value parking, Definitely an option for tourists flying in or out of the airport. Simple to find if you are driving. Good access into the old town (taxi or train). I will definitely stay again.

Stayed 5 nights for business in early September, actually checked in on the first day of operations! Brand new property in a nice area. Very easy to access the hotel and parking is available at a reasonable cost. The staff is very helpful, friendly and are fluent in English. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a small refrigerator provided. The free breakfast is very good and the food at the on-site restaurant is great as well. Note there is no guest laundry available so plan accordingly for longer stays! Highly recommend this property and will absolutely return again!

Stayed 3 nights at this property and probably would not stay again. The price was okay but it is way too far from where I needed to be. If you are associated with car manufacturering then probably a perfect location. I chose it because of loyalty status with Hilton otherwise probably would have never even thought to stay this far away from Poznan centrum. Con did not like they barely observe status Most Hilton affiliated properties will give you free parking as a Diamond member, they didn't. Pro Breakfast was good - a highlight Neutral- pretty consistent quality with other H by H properties. Probably wouldn't stay again.

“Pleasant hotel with good comfort. But located in the middle of nowhere”

The hotel is new (2 years old). The rooms are larger than in most other Hampton hotels and their design is much better, probably due to recent improvements in the standards of the chain. Also the furnishing seems more complete and functional (including a refrigerator too), and the TV has many more international channels than usually found in the Hampton hotels. The breakfast buffet is served in a pleasant environment and is quite satisfying, varied and plentiful. The lobby is a comfortable and nice space to live in. There is a large open air parking lot, although charging a parking rate of 50 zloty per day seems unfair for a hotel sitting in the open country. The hotel has also a conference centre. Rates are definitely moderate. Overall, the hotel offers comfort and looks that are definitely better than the usual Hamptons. These are the good news. The bad ones are that the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, about 11 kilometres from Poznan. It is in the open countryside, with no urban structures around, no residential areas in sight, a couple of highways surrounding the hotel and some huge industrial complexes looming in the distance. So, if you don't have a car, you will be stuck in the hotel, as public transportation is not easily available. There are trains going to Poznan, but they leave from a railway station located about one kilometre away from the hotel and, when we went there, the building was closed and there were no railway employees in sight; therefore, we could not get information about train schedules or buy tickets. We also spotted a bus #401 running on the highway and going to Poznan, but we couldn’t locate its stops. Of course there are taxis, but we were told that, if they come, they will come from Poznan and will arrive half an hour after the call or later. So, faced with this bad situation, we decided to spend the whole afternoon in the hotel, doing nothing and waiting for the next morning to escape. For the record, getting to the hotel by taxi from Poznan cost us 55 Zloty, while going from the hotel to the airport cost us 80 Zloty (and we were advised to book the taxi the day before, to be sure that the service will be carried out at the requested time). Another inconvenience of this hotel is the lack of a “business centre”. Actually, their web site claims that the “business centre” is among the available “amenities” of the hotel, but the staff clearly stated: “no, we don’t have a business centre, nor a computer connected to the web”. So, in the afternoon that we were confined to the hotel, we were not even given the opportunity to use our time to do some useful work remotely, or to relax by surfing the web.. For the record, this is the third Hampton we come across in Poland that claims to have a business centre that in reality does not exist or is not operational. In conclusion, while recognizing the positive qualities of this hotel, I think that it may be attractive only for people having business in the Swarzedz area and coming with their car. As for my experience, I give the following rating: comfort of the rooms and look of the hotel 5; breakfast 4; location 1; collateral services and assistance by the staff 2. The average makes no more than 3.
