“Pleasure to deal with.”
A lovely, place with great service. Nothing too much trouble and they are willing to go extra step to make you happy. I had to cancel my booking and they sorted it out and refunded the booking. Well done Gaja and best wishes for yu all!

“Lovely hotel with character”
One night stay in Poznań. Hotel in a quiet part of the city opposite the Zoo. Check in was efficient although no mention of WUDI (no detail in room) room was a good size, very clean. “Lovely hotel”
Good hotel. Reasonably priced. Staff very helpful especially Karol the barman, who couldn't do enough for us. Food in the restaurant was again reasonably priced and very tasty. Nice clean and comfortable room. Would stay again.

“Never again”
I would never have booked this hotel independently but it was a Groupon mystery trip. Badly in need of updating, the carpets look dirty, rooms are very dark, the toilet wasn't fixed to the floor so moved when you sat on it.
